Our trip was absolutely perfect from A to Z. The hotel staff was amazing from the day before our arrival to the moment we left! They took care of everything for us : from arranging our transfers between the airport and the hotel, to booking and negotiating the prices for our activities, to making sure everyday that everything was okay and that we were enjoying every part of our stay. The hotel was charming, super clean and felt very homey. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Lastly, the view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely breathtaking! The hundreds of hot air balloons made sunrises magical every morning. The traditional turkish breakfast was included during our stay and it was fresh, tasty and varied a bit everyday. The staff in the kitchen made sure that we felt welcome and at home. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so special, we couldn’t have asked for more! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Göreme and have the best experience possible!

We were grateful to have been upgraded to a 2-room suite which was spacious and beautifully appointed in a cave. The manager was attentive and helpful, offering recommendations for eating out, with 2 of the 3 restaurants associated with the hotel proving an excellent choice- Lalinda (international cuisine) and Dalchini (south ~Indian cuisine). We didn't try the third, Namaste. The breakfasts were unrivalled- home cooked and prepared with a wide variety of Turkish offerings, including delicious salads. Egg dishes were cooked to order. To avoid disappointment, we would highly recommend pre-booking balloon flights before visiting the area. We drove ourselves, with all main attractions being easily accessible by road.

The rooftop was absolutely stunning especially at sunrise and sunset and you may even see the balloons early in the morning. The staff were outstanding, very warm and hospitable. They organised our hot air balloon and day trip and everything ran smoothly. Make sure to book the balloon in advance as they fill up quickly. The location is great close to shops and restaurants and lastly it was a great bonus having a pool which was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

No bar but beer and cold drinks from the fridge by the pool. Staff were wonderful , very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Amazing views from the dining room and roof terrace. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Goreme and a few minutes walk to all the action. Recommend Burger Wine House for a break from Kebabs or Gurme Kebabs near the bus station if you can’t ever have enough kebab!

We stayed in the family superior room that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, given how cold it was outside it was always lovely to return to a warm and cosy room. As a vegan family I was worried about the breakfasts but the food was amazing, we had full plates of choice for all five breakfasts as well as almond milk. There was also a small fridge in the room, perfect for the vegan cheese and milk I had bough just in case. You can also enjoy the balloons from the roof terrace.
